Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Buying a used 19″ LCD monitor

Today, I bought a used 19″ LCD monitor.
Click to see the original image

It’s LG Flatron 19″ L1910S.
I bought it by $120 from Radiokorea (LA Korean internet community)

As I remembered, at the first time, it was more than $1,000 in 2004.

As time goes by, the price of electronics always gets lower and lower even though its better performance.

That might be the reason why engineers work hard, and also why I never buy the stock of electronics manufacturing companies.

Anyway, Meredith looks more beautiful on this monitor. πŸ™‚

Dinner was great! I should have taken pictures of dessert, too.
For turkey itself, however, I didn’t like it. πŸ™

Today, I attended the GMI dinner party for international students. As last year, dinner and dessert were great. But I really didn’t like turkey. I don’t understand why such a tasteless meat like this could be a main dish for the biggest national holiday. γ…‘γ… γ…‘;
